Customized Business Dashboard Creation

The objective of this project was to develop a customized business dashboard for Lavabox, providing comprehensive insights and data visualization to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.

  • Work Items Dashboard with customized functionalities. Visual representation of Work Item information, all in one place.
  • Work Items arrangements according to their Status. And specialized views and filters to analyze work items.
  • Automatically detect and notify new comments and emails. Also, the ability to remember filters selected for each user.
  • Fully customized Filters to view and sort data (Work items). Filters for admins to set overall user access to data, and filters for end-users, and ability to remember filters selected for each user.

We created a custom Dashboard having two different screens with the following features.

Customized Business Dashboard

Our team at CRM Services successfully delivered a tailored business dashboard solution that empowered Lavabox with actionable insights and real-time data visualization. Key components of the solution included:

  • Display work items and their attributes in Kanban and List view. And Drag-drop work items into the desired Status Lane in Kanban view, and the ability to switch between Kanban and List view. 
  • Customized Master Filter and Quick Filters to determine which work items are to be displayed on the board.
  • Complete visibility of work items details in form of cards (Owner details, time remaining, notifications). List view of Work Items to display, filter, and sort records.
  • Scheduler to catch new comments and emails related to work items and display them on the cards.
