The objective of this project was to integrate Salesforce CRM and Jira project management system for ShipNet, enabling seamless data synchronization and improved collaboration between sales and development teams.

  • Cases created in Salesforce should be created as Issues in Jira under specific project.  
  • Case created in Jira needed to be passed to Salesforce.
  • Two-way data sync for specific fields.

Our team at CRM Services successfully delivered a robust integration solution that seamlessly connected Salesforce CRM with Jira project management system for ShipNet. Key components of the solution included:

  • Configured service rocket connector for SFDC-JIRA integration at both ends    
  • Created an automation process at Salesforce end i.e., whenever a case is created in Salesforce then it will always be passed to Jira as an Issue.  
  • Configured two-way sync process and Jira’s end using service rocket connector for syncing SFDC Case and JIRA Issue. 
  • Created field mapping and its sync direction as per the requirement.
